Hire and Fire Company, No job security
31 Jan 2023 - Virtual Assistant in PuneRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hardly any. First of all they make you work extra for 10 days as they give salary on every 10th of the month. Boot licking company. Only one or two client managers are decent enough.
Cons
1. They hire you and if they feel that you are not that good at licking them up then they decide to fire you. 2. No internal communication at all. You are on your own. 3. After hiring new employees they ghost off old employees and then start blaming you on unnecessary things. 4. Very immature training managers, takes things personally and involve higher management on the most stupid things. 5. Training is bad. They ask you to watch youtube videos. 6. No proper feedback medium. You sit idle for days thinking what the hell is happening. 7. They do not have clients and the few clients they have will exploit you like hell and at the end wishup will start finding ways to fire you. 8. If you are just hired they create a fake sweet world for you as soon as you complete your training they will start showing their real colors. Very toxic work environment and NO JOB SECURITY JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK! 9. You will work in graveyard shift and no appreciation, you have to pay for your internet, your own laptop and have to download screen tracking app which is unsafe.

Pros
The best things at WISHUP are its work culture and the peace in the work environment. I have worked with several companies like Dell, Genpact, and Huawei but nothing comes close to WISHUP. I have been working here for the past 8 months and I have never been asked to stretch or work extra hours, Management is very cooperative and nobody acts bossy here.
Cons
None that I know of

Fake company, Hire and Fire policy, NO JOB SECURITY
8 Feb 2023 - Virtual Assistant in New DelhiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
No good things at all. All the good reviews are fake I wonder how they manage to get even 3.8 reviews they don’t even deserve 1. Stop playing with our career. Don’t fire without any prior notice or reason. Job could be important to someone. Fake company fake reviews.
Cons
Join at your own risk. They will fire you after 2 months. Don’t waste your time here.

- Handsome pay. - I worked from home previously and Wishup has been the best WFH experience for me personally. - Freedom of speech, very open-minded management and they are ready to hear your ideas and even guide you professionally. -In the beginning, you will be trained on multiple Skill sets, and you get the opportunity to Upskill yourself and add skills to your profile. Can't find this benefit in most companies. - Full-time Support. You will have a Task Support Team that reviews your work before you can submit it to your client, a good hand-holding concept. You will always have someone to guide you. - You get the weekends Off's. No pressure to work Overtime or on the weekends. If you're looking for a work-life balance, Wishup is your GoTo.
Cons
No Cons. As long as you stick to the rules and policies, there is nothing to worry about.

A truly enriching experience.
7 Sep 2022 - Online Business ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
My experience at Wishup has been amazing so far. It was a tremendous step up from where I was working before. 1. It is a permanent WFH set up and that is one of the best benefits. I have ample time for myself and a very good work-life balance. 2. The leaders and Managers at Wishup are very supportive. You are acknowledged for your work and you also get feedback on all projects that you are working on. 3. Wishup has a bi-annual appraisal based on your performance. 4. There is constant upskilling, the managers and seniors keep you up-to-date with the latest tools and softwares.
Cons
Although remote work has been a blessing for me, I do miss not being able to interact with my colleagues in person.
