1. They don't bother you if you do your work well. 2. Ability to work independently.

1. If you don't submit the internal daily report by 5.30pm the next day your salary for that day is deducted. This should not be the case as it is unfair. It should be done weekly or as per client requirement and not Wishup requirement. They tell us retaining clients is our responsibility but create such meaningless rules.

1. The training period was excellent, it focused on how to prepare you to be self-sufficient once you begin working with clients. 2. Working from home provides the ideal balance between personal and professional life. 3. No Micromanagement, great culture. 4. Great place to work if you have ideas to share and want to be heard. 5. Colleagues/Managers are very supportive. 6. Wonderful growth opportunities with bi annual appraisals and other referral programs.
