Its about Wissen technology not infotech.It started through hacker earth hiring challenge then they took almost 2.5 months then they released the offer sending congratulation mail and after two weeks they said its only valid if you will again give 3 client rounds. Personally i will not recommend anyone to waste you time giving interview here its pathetic. Earlier also i thought not to work with any service based organization but few friends told me its not like others it was true while giving interview even i feel the same but at last they will show you the real picture. If you are able to clear here internal interview then definitely you will get other product based organization. I personally recommend to join some product based organization if you don't have any job then you can think of joining here but if you have any then please look for better organization not this. I wish i could rate in negative.

Pros

I have been working full-time at Wissen for well over a year. -Great opportunities to work on challenging projects and and latest technologies with talented group of helpful people -Very approachable management in case of any concerns. -Good company policy like Work from Home, Flexible office hours etc.
