RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Witt/Kieffer full-time
Pros
Small company with mostly laid back atmosphere. Strongly encourage Admins not to work 40 hours.
Cons
Lack of diversity throughout the company. Limited to non-existent career growth opportunities for admins. Admins have a lot of responsibility but are not always respected.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Witt/Kieffer full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
None to share to be frank.
Cons
They are conservative dinosaurs. They are so far off with their work internally and with candidates of colors that I would say they are borderline racist.

Good work-life balance. Management is generally understanding and easy to work with.
Cons
The pay is average for the industry.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Witt/Kieffer full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good culture, good benefits, accountability, career advancement
Cons
Pay is low, company went from a functional pyramid model to an inverted pyramid; senior/consulting staff seems to be increasing while support staff is left to carry the burden of the company wanting to save money on administrative staff, analysts, etc.

Pros
Witt has an amazing company culture: collaborative, high promotion opportunities, and supportive. Managers and mentors do everything they can to give you guidance and resources you need to be successful. Compensation incentives are more than generous; flexible schedules including work from home and working remotely
Cons
Hours can be a bit long during peak season, not a 9-5 job

Pros
Witt kieffer has some of the most caring people I have ever met. The community is inviting and professional. The recruiting process was a very painfree and positive experience as well. It’s easy to see why a lot of employees stay for 15+ years
Cons
I don’t have any cons

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Witt/Kieffer full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
It's a great culture and plenty of opportunities to move up for those that work hard. Given the nature of the work it can be a high stress environment, but the people in the firm genuinely care about one another and that more than makes up for the stress. Highly competitive compensation and benefits.
Cons
Nothing of note at this time.
