Pros

You have a job, then again they hire anyone and everyone who applies even with no experience. Yes they are that desperate.

Cons

The work environment is extremely demanding, including long hours and even Saturdays, with promises from management that are never fulfilled. There are too many layers of approval, making even simple decisions unnecessarily difficult. A basic question has to go from the service manager, to the director, to the vice president, and then supposedly to the owner before anything gets approved. The organization is consistently understaffed, with high turnover. Many technicians appear disengaged, and there is little accountability. There is no true IT support just a call center and resolving issues with CDK or other systems can take days. The designated internal expert is ineffective and unable to resolve problems efficiently. Might as well call CDK yourself and get it resolved in 5 minutes. Management frequently adds responsibilities outside your job description without additional compensation. The workload is excessive, and employees are pushed to their limits. There is minimal regard for employee well-being calling out sick is discouraged, and repeated absences are not tolerated regardless of circumstances. Severe weather conditions are handled poorly. Especially during snowstorms regardless of state emergencies, employees are expected to arrive early often 1 to 1.5 hours before their shift to shovel snow, clean vehicles, and move cars around the lot. This time is unpaid. Failure to comply can result in threats of termination, with statements implying you should consider it your resignation. They don't care about your safety having to drive there. Overall, this workplace lacks structure, support, and respect for employees. I strongly recommend avoiding employment with this dealership group. Especially their supposedly luxury dealerships Audi all three they own which is Bridgewater, Mendham and Newton. Your salary weekly sounds great but look carefully at the percentages and tiers that's how you lose everytime. If you quit, the vacation time you accumulate and didn't take which hard to get approved anyway doesn't get paid out. Snitching on other employees gets you brownie points and protects you when you mess up you never get fired, regardless how useless you are at your job. One wrong word or question to the office manager and she gets upset can you get fired, Word spreads to everyone. No one is your friend can't even confide in your own boss. Your job is not a service advisor, you will wear many hats and fill in wherever they need you to make their responsibility and their job easier. You will need therapy after working here.
