    WVI is one of the best NGOs which work at grass root level in holistic development not only in India but in many parts of the world

    Cons

    Everything is good and working environment is good. However, more work load and Govt.policy is not favourable with NGOs in India.

    Very good working atmosphere. Good people around you. Value people. High ethical standards. Care for the community.

    Cons

    Biased selection of employees. Some time work with hidden agenda and hide behind diplomacy. Some people are not walking the talk.
