I loved my coworkers. I never had a compliant about my time with WWS. The pay was what I requested. So many opportunities to grow. You knew exactly what was expected from you and management was quick to answer your questions. Even the owner was friendly and responded to calls/texts.

Cons

They went out of business. Several missed paychecks at the end. Never knew when we would get paid. Went from weekly to biweekly with no notice. Honestly, if they managed their money better, I would have been a long term employee.

I like the small company feel. I am seeing recent improvements and believe it is the right time to come to recommend to others.

Company changed ownership and transition was rocky.
