    UK based organization. Good infrastructure. Good policies. Good perks

    Cons

    1. Team leader complains about managers every time.
    2. Your leader doesn't want to show you to peoples sitting at on-site.
    3. He/She don't keep you in loop in mails. They don't have any etiquettes how to talk with team member
    3.1. He takes meeting for stupid and unnecessary things for 1 to 2.5 hours. Just in order to shout on you for very small things.
    4. Every time he/she wanted to show only himself/herself to UK/US team.
    5. They shout if you ask for small help in front of everyone on the floor
    6. I can say a perfect mastermind who tries his best not to move you further because someday you can replace him because there is nothing rocket science he are doing from last 4 - 5 years
    7. Middle layer of the company is the worst one(Team leaders) they always says wrong thing about their seniors to every single team member as what I had seen. But the company is good except the politicians sitting in the middle and higher layers
    8. Team leads sitting at the middle layer are spoiling the image of one of the best company in Indore.

    Advice to Management

    Please remove those kinds of persons. They dont know how to talk with juniors. What I have seen that management too knows about those sort of professionals, but why not taking any action against those.

    A wonderful compney, such a nice and friendly environment with no pressure

    I don't think so their is any cons... I am totally in love with this compney... I would say cons may be you have to be comfortable with odd shifts

    Good company and work life balance.

    Cons

    Some employees are spoiling the company’s brand name. The Indore Siebel Test Lead is playing dirty internal politics against innocent team members. Due to humiliation and stressful environment few employees have changed their projects, 2 of them left the company and few are still tolerating his bad behavior. It’s hell to work with this person because of his dual personality and highly pessimistic approach towards all things.

    Advice to Management

    The Test Management and HR should consider these issues seriously.

    Pros

    Work life balance is good.
    Good company to start with, specially if you want be in payment industry.
    Growth is good.

    Cons

    After the merger with merge with Vantiv, there is too much cost cutting.
    No Diwali gifts now. No refreshments / tea now.
    Limited work space and too much hiring.
    Above market standard salaries for new employees whereas old employees are still working on low salaries.
    Too much politics is there.

    Advice to Management

    Need a market correction as employees are very dissatisfied because there is too much salary gaps between employees working on same profile.

    Pros

    1. Good work life balance
    2. Company is transiting to new support aligned model

    Cons

    1. To much process.
    2. Takes about an year to approve and fulfill a new human resource requirement
    3. You will not get any refreshment / Tea / coffee because of cost cutting they have stopped everything.
    4. No management system for leave and other HR management.
    5. Local top management is like god. They just announce something and it gets published as a policy and rule.
    6. No quality work.
    7. Managers are not making any efforts for betterment of people. They act like government employees.
    8. No recreation facility.
    9. Training are on paper only.
    10. Managers eat up all budget for team activities.
    11. For any benefits employee have to seek approval from UK in case it got approved local management / HR poke their nose in that too.
    12. Salary slip directly comes to the mail with no security(password)
    13. Manager knows the salary of its subordinates, as they distribute appraisal letters via mail, letter too are not password protected they can be viewed in just a click.
    14. Salaries for new employees is above market standard. Old employees are leaving because of low salaries.
    15. Management will always try to throw you out of the company once you complete your 3 years.
