RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Worldpay
Pros
Work life balance Office timings are great Leaves
Cons
Bad appraisals Politics between higher management Lack of work ethics I am part of a QA team where we have a mad women to lead us. She didn't know how to do the execution what she knew is gym and showing off. She daily comes office around 12 ( because she have her gym timing till 11) and behave rude to the team. Fights with everyone on small things like AC ( which she want to be ON at 16) for the whole day. If any one (including manager ) ask to switch off she gets angry. She played political games and got one manager out from project after that also she was not happy because she failed to get him FIRED. (that's why she is a MAD women). Everyone in the team get scared of her because of her attitude.. infact upper management also don't want to get into the mess. She just talk on phone all the day and tells other to work and take all the credit. and she is doing all this since she joined the team. We did multiple complaints against her but never got any solutions from higher management. (Management politics). Now as a solution members from team started leaving the project,( that's the only way left)

Cons
Don't Join Worldpay, Job is not secure here you can be out anytime without any reason. Upper Management / Lead are here from years means they believe like they are only the owner of the company , upper management support them as well, behavior is not good, lots of politics. Please compromise with CTC in other organization where job is secure.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Worldpay full-time for more than a year
Pros
PTO the nice people that are left
Cons
This company doesn’t care about you or anyone else. They are screwing over customers and looking out for number one which is them. Sexual abuse sexual discrimination and harassment are what this company is all about. They will pay you minimal amounts while terribly trained upper Management makes all the money. You will be expected to eat through lunches and do other tasks other companies consider illegal

I worked at Worldpay full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Good time off plan, you get several weeks as well as major holidays. Health benefits are pretty standard. Stock purchase discounts are a big plus.
Cons
Middle to upper management does not collaborate well. the same project may be run by different departments with no interaction. Once one Sr Manager is brought it, they bring in their friends and push experienced folks out creating cliques that serve themselves rather than working together. There is very little done to understand how things get done on a daily basis. It seems as though people are hyper-focused on constantly trying to insulate themselves from being replaced by the next acquisition.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Worldpay for less than a year
Pros
They Treat me you lunch more times then not No micromanagement
Cons
Take more then a week to get computer and set up ( You know when I'm starting, Why does it take to weeks to get set up on a PC) Management have no direction (This seems to me a common theme with other reviews) Hiring process is awful This is why reqs start open for longer then they should, but recruiters get the blame then they don't have control on who get hired and who does not. Its just a job. not a real career opportunity unless you start out in upper management If you're s contacted, you are treated slightly different then full timers so be advised

Pros
Excellent colleagues with a wealth of knowledge Fast-paced Nice offices and facilities Flexible working including good collaborative facilities Reasonable salary
Cons
Unrealistic timelines Upwardly focused management Staff treated as a commodity and taken for granted Contractor heavy culture due to churn of permanent staff Very (too) cost- and profit-focused since IPO Political Cliquey Soul-destroying Difficult to imagine (or desire) a long term career here: one to have on the CV and move on Annual Performance Reviews a token gesture - pointless Big bonuses for upper management - little recognition and acknowledgement for lower levels
