I worked at XL Catlin full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Employee Benefits, Salary package, location, timings, transport

    Cons

Poor Senior Management, Biased HR, Cheap Politics, Poor Learning at work, Biased Managers

    Advice to Management

    1) Stop Skip level meetings as they are nothing but waste of time as no action is taken rather employee who speak face repercussions.

    2) Take into account of promotions as only favourites are promoted, IJP's are pre decided. Need to implement proper evaluation rounds to select right candidate.

    3) Rather than introducing employee benefits its more important to check if benefit is actually reaching the employee and not just used by Managers and Sr. Employees to their personal benefits.
