    Pros

Great CEO who cares about their people, Great Managers, Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. I never felt uncomfortable asking for help or mentors. Tons of great perks and a ton of fun! The company is truly built on great principles and values and they stand by them. The company is self-funded and in the black.

I worked at XSEED Education full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Coffee and snacks whenever the CEO visits. That's pretty much it.

    Cons

The only downside to my joining this exciting firm is this, they successfully managed to derail my career. Management doesn't give two hoots about the employees and don't think twice before sacking you. Reason you ask? Structural changes or "the role is no longer required". You will be brought in with all sorts of false hopes and left hanging in the lurch in just 6-7 months of joining. All the positive reviews on glassdoor are fake. Managers force their employees to write positive reviews to save the sinking ship and fool more potential candidates out there. Stay away from this place if you want to save your career

    Pros

If you don't want to work (play politics) yet get paid this is the best company! You can join it as an interim option and if you have a don't care attitude. If you play your cards right and make the right friends you can spend 5+ years at this company Good product (So they say)

    Cons

If you genuinely want to work you will be fired Lots of travel

I worked at XSEED Education full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Coffee was available and diverse backgrounds of colleagues was admirable

    Cons

Corporate heirarchy is quite prevalent: you get talked down to by superiors quite frequently or ridiculed for clothing, wearing glasses, (basically passive-aggressive bullying and micro aggressions about appearance). You get shut out of meetings that you should be included in. You get locked out of the office if you ran into traffic and arrive 20 minutes past 9 am. The CEO is a good guy at heart but extremely temperamental and therefore, unpredictable. Corporate bullying exists, however this corporate environment doesn’t translate into efficient systems of payroll, performance reviews, project feedback, need-analysis, connecting employees to the larger objective, and just overall management of personnel and workload.

I worked at XSEED Education full-time

    Pros

Communication is really transparent. You can reach out to anyone irrespective of their role anytime. Work-life balance is good. Also, al the teams work very closely, so a great opportunity to explore many fields.

    Cons

Saturday Working. They can shift a full-time employee to a contract-basis on one month's notice and it cannot be argued. Once on a contract basis, earnings are not that tempting.
