1. very less salary .. engineers starts from 13k inhand ... can't expect more than 25k even you work there for 5 years . 2. expect salary everything is good in this company

I don't find any reason to be associated with Xcellance

Biggest drawback of the company . 1. All the departments are head by the family members of Director . 2. Not open for changes 3. kept a bond for 2 years . 4. Don't treat the employees well 5. Very low salary 6. The HR of the company doesn't know anything in Human resource. They follow a very old practice , not updated with the current laws .
