    The role itself is challenging and fulfilling.

    Cons

    Management, working conditions, pay, benefits. Told incorrect information at tune of hire about yearly raises. No loyalty. Severe lack of communication. Leadership will try to prevent you from moving forward. No care of employees. Allows other employees to harass and promotes them.
