I have been working at Yahoo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Lots of perks (free food, gym, unlimited sick leaves) - great work life balance

    Cons

    - They take pride in making the management seem open and communicative, but in reality, my manager is not very approachable - The work itself can get monotonous and boring, especially if you're coming from a dynamic background like qualitative research.
