I worked at Yes Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is one of the best cultured growing organizations. I got diagnosed with blood cancer after 3 months of joining. But Yes bank didn't leave my side. Not only they gave me an advance salary because the hospital was not having a cashless facility to meet my treatment expense but also secured my job for 1 year till the time I joined back.

    Cons

Monthly rating concept of the employee.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for making your employee feel special.
