- Brand equity in comparison with competitors - Short term losses outweigh long term benefits - Goals setting is number driven than growth driven. - Too frequent changes in deliverables expected - Extreme attrition in recent past. - insecurity of job roles in recent past. It had been a great place to work and worth admiration. Maybe due to Organizational policy, but recent and frequent changes in last 6-8 months and expectations defined at top-down levels has created unreast, and job insecurity.
