      1. Transport only available from Panvel and Karjat. So it is painful for traveller's from Thane, Powai, Sion 2. Few HOD think they are above CEO 3. Everything controlled by CEO

      Biased management Yes minister culture No real products or services, all branding and PR Business is operating in loss Works only on CEOs directive; no say of other management No honor for performance, nor any HR rules or policies Favourite people are excused any behavioral or any offence Employees do not mind their own business and interfere in each other department and please the CEO
