Pros
It is one of the biggest and oldest agency on the market. They have an impressive list of clients, good structures, appealing offers.
Cons
The thing is, like any other big institutions, old habits die hard. In this era of social media, where information flows almost instantly, it is hard for a company this big, with so many levels of decisions, to react precisely to a trend in an appropriate amount of time, or tone. Each decision takes weeks to be processed, and by the time a decision is made it is most of the time too late.
