      Pros

      - Seasoned leadership team with a deep breadth of experience in the Tech space - Strong engineering team that preaches a culture of understanding the customer and their needs - Welcoming environment that encourages everyone to share their ideas and apply creativity to solve problems and grow the company culture.

      Cons

      - Fast-paced environment may not be suitable for those not familiar with working in AI / small startups - Depending on where you are located, the remote work culture will require individuals with experience working across different time zones and strong communication through digital platforms (e.g. Slack)

      Pros

      - The product is really cool and I feel like I can have a significant impact on it - Everyone works super hard and people are low ego, so it's a great culture to be a part of - A lot of autonomy and independence - Opportunities to own initiatives/projects/get experience with things you haven't previously - Things are going great from a business perspective. This company is going places.

      Cons

      - There's quite a bit of work, so you should expect to sometimes put in work after hours - Would always love to diversity increase - It's a start up, so some things are still being figured out

      Pros

      Fantastic opportunities to grow if you are willing to put in the effort. It's a startup and requires putting in a lot of time and going outside of one's comfort zone, but that also gives you the opportunity to learn if you'll take it on.

      Cons

      Some team members struggle if they aren't interested in learning new things outside of their job title. It's standard startup stuff, but people who aren't willing to stretch themselves aren't going to do well here.
