Pros
Relaxed atmosphere and supportive management concerning your technical development path. Great place for college graduates!
Cons
Not so many interesting projects and salaries are too low considering the fact that this company hires only the most skilled engineers. If money is what you are interested in, this is not a place to be in.
Advice to Management
Staffing in time of crisis is done terribly bad. A lot of mismatches between people's interests and the project offers they get.

Culture of trust is more important than process
Cons
You need to be keen on working in a changing work environment. This means you have to work with a wide range of technologies, in different team constellations and projects for various customers and industries.
Agile processes and values such as feedback culture, personal responsibility and culture of failure are very well established at Zuhlke. But since we work very closely with our clients, we have sometimes to adapt to their rules and culture.

Make overall compensation and benefits more competitive, try more modern company benefits like remote working, unpaid holiday, more structured feedback loops

Seriously I don't have any complaint but my wife does:
- She will be very happy if my company medical plan could extend its coverage to family members
- She wants to join the company trip too!

Zuhlke is a good company where you constantly learn. All employees have a yearly budget to go learn and improve their skills & knowledge.

The culture at Zuhlke is really great, I don't see my colleagues as colleagues but more as friends.
Cons
Sometimes is a bit hard to communicate with colleagues from Europe because of the time difference.

- The company just start their business in Hong Kong, so it more like a startup environment.
