Interesting work, Unfortunately a culture of Sycophancy

Interesting nature of work, allows for creative thinking, work culture good at zonal levels though largely dependent on supervisor

Zero in career growth and career management for serious workers, a culture of sycophancy where interim salary hike, promotions are announced for people who curry favour with the top management, especially prevalent in the Head Office in Mumbai. Has a serious problem of top management listening to only "YES MEN" in the organization. Unfortunately seems run by a closed coterie of people who safeguard their jobs at the cost of blaming staff down line to cover for their inadequacies ( I used to be amongst their Mid Top Level management, so had a first hand experience of this aspect ).
