    Pros

Zeno has a great culture. The people there are extremely smart and hard working. Clients are awesome. Interns are really apart of the team and they appreciate hard work.

    Cons

Some accounts could use more people to manage them.

I have been working at Zeno Group for less than a year

    Pros

Zeno is an amazing company. It's the type of culture you'd expect at a startup but it has the backing and resources of a large company. This is the kind of place you really feel like you can make a big impact. The company, while global, is still small and is going through an exciting period of growth. Zeno is the kind of place you can raise your hand and leadership will let you run with it. In addition to the great people and great culture, the benefits are also great! For example, in addition to a generous amount of PTO and paid holidays Zeno offers a Zenofit program which reimburses you up to $60 for a "stress relieving activity" whatever that means to you whether it's a mani-pedi, a gym membership, a pottery class. You can use it for whatever helps you feel balanced. It's so much better than the company paying for a gym that maybe not everyone uses.

    Cons

PR is a high performing industry and one can expect to work hard when you're here. But at the same time this is a company that values work/life balance and allows you opportunities other firms wouldn't/couldn't. Will you sometimes work some crazy hours? Yes. But you will also get to work on some amazing things. If you want to work somewhere boring and just be a 9-5 and collect your paycheck every two weeks this is not the place for you. But if you're looking to be challenged while getting a chance to work alongside some of the smartest people you'll meet, then Zeno is the place for you.

I worked at Zeno Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Zeno Group truly has a great culture and a lot of the accounts they have are high-profile and exciting. They have good benefits and the majority of the people working there are extremely talented. Junior level staffers get exposed to doing way more things than they would at another agency - definitely a good place to gain experience.

    Cons

Everyone in the office is constantly complaining about being stressed and a lack of work life balance. HR is not the best overall, they are strong in dealing with some situations but not great when dealing with others. On some accounts there is a complete lack of support and structure - it's not like that on all accounts however. Incredibly fast paced - do not work here if you can't take on a big workload and struggle to meet deadlines. Some senior manager are phenomenal while others are not the best. The interns can be strung along when it comes to hiring and there is a definite lack of communication that goes on during that time.
