Pros
Lovely building. Great opportunities. Big staff.
Cons
Valet parking. Fear based culture.
Pros
- work environment - i didn't feel micromanaged every second and you were able to walk around the whole building and chat with co-workers without getting in trouble - "culture" - they tried to have fun events for employees to look forward to
Cons
- pay - very cheap - felt very replaceable and that they didn't care until you put in your 2 weeks - their "24/7" motto is very true - they expect you to always be checking your computer even off typical work hours

Cons
Now that I have experience working at other agencies, I see that Zimmerman offered no good employee perks. Salary offered is a misery and there is no work-life balance. Also, Jordan Zimmerman’s first piece of advice when you go in for your on boarding is “you don’t need more than 5 hours of sleep.” Hopefully that’s a glimpse into what the agency expects from you.
