    Amazing people with a fantastic culture. Interesting technology and value proposition. I learn something new every day even though I've been here for four years!

    Advice to Management

    It's been disappointing to see the direction this company is headed. Why weren't the last glint scores published? Employee morale has hit a new low and if things don't turn around quickly, it'll continue to go down. Giving Zuora another chance before leaving.

    I can't think of a single one.

    Cons

    Niche product with solid marketing - but that's where it ends. The market they are selling into is a mirage The subscription economy is a pipe dream - and this is clearly evident with the failed sales leadership and their inability to execute. Their lack of strategy certainly doens't help - yet they make it sound SO easy.! o of course they get to stick around while sales people are slaughtered.

    Fire yourself and learn how to drive demand though modern channels.

    Amazing conversations with CXOs I truly enjoyed the conversations I’ve had with my prospects & clients throughout my years at Zuora.

    Cons

    There is a huge gap between the well-crafted messaging and what the product actually does thus creating a lot of frustration amongst our clients.

      The company culture is really incredible - especially for a silicon valley company. People are professional and friendly as well. Zuora hits the balance of a startup environment with a fleshed out company mission and growth targets. New ideas are welcome here - management is open to them.

      Niche company, can still improve if the head office chooses to do.

      Cons

      You will not survive in this company if you are used to a professional environment. The leaders in Australia don’t care about employee grievances, so they don’t invest or even look to investigate or improve internal culture.
