I worked at Zycus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. You can only join if you want to work in a product base company an you can use as a stepping stone. 2. Providing good desktop with 16gb ram. This is pros for me

    Cons

    1. Poor management 2. No new technology 3. All are doing support work most of time. 4. Have to work on night shift, other wise they will put in pip. 5. Late appraisal process. Whole process will take 4-6 months. So this time if you put paper you want get hike. 6. No process. 20 years old company don’t have any single documents about product. You always need to beg from others to get your work done. 7. Escalation is...

I have been working at Zycus full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Salary is good. there is no dress code.

    Cons

Bias & favouritism. There is no defined structure & Role within organization. like 3 year exp person and 10 year experience person is same designated as assistant manager. why would then stay.

I worked at Zycus full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

This feedback based on my experience and most of the teams :- 1) This column is not applicable for this company. Only one team in bangalore is growing that too there are lot of problems. Management intention is to cut off employees and put them into PIP and throw them out. 2) location is good (only advantage i found)

      Cons

i will run out of sentence in this. 1) most of the team does production support job. For the namesake it is product based company. 2) Management likes to put employees into PIP and ask them to leave. Besides many wise employees leave prior to this situation arrive to them. Attrition rate is very high 3) No growth. Only prod support. Night shift. Torture from director. Even they don't leave managers. 4) HR is worst....

I worked at Zycus full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

The working crowd. You will find peers of your age, highly active and motivated. IT;s the other associate's presence that makes this company bearable

      Cons

PLENTY! - Zycus's top management is filled with liars. No body will tell you it's a tele-sales job. They will picture it in such a way that you'll feel you're going for a dream job. Reality is: You're chained to your desk with a phone and all you do is cold call. The marketing leads are so pathetic, technically every call is a cold call. - A 12th grader can also do this job. They'll make you feel that you're best in...

      Advice to Management

      - Change everything possible and stop lying to the recruits. Let them know what they're getting into. Lying to them and forcefully make them sign a bond will only get you haters. Get people who will genuinely work for you. NOT forcefully

I worked at Zycus full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

      1) Average Tech, 2) A little freedom w.r.t your way of working 3) Relaxed dress code policy 4) Relaxed work timings (shift preference)

      Cons

      1) They don't provide laptops (only desktops, even to IT guys) 2) They hire a lot of freshers, so work pressure can be a lot if you're a mid level employee 3) Office/Infra is not good 4) Work life balance is very bad. (Please expect calls in middle of the night from a guy you have never met, nor heard name of, regarding some issues that you can't fix or should not be routed to you) 5) Have a lot of distribution/divide,...
