"Firing experienced professionals in Western Europe to hire cheap just-graduated youngsters in Latvia"

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at allnex full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
1. You are very motivated to find another job, 2. You are very happy on your last day, 3. Nice toilets.
Cons
1. Management is firing experienced people in Western EU and US and hire people in Latvia to pay them funny low salaries. 2. Guys in Riga are doing a lot of work, which is the same as the work of people in Western part, and even more, if we look to job amount per person, but get paid 4x lower. 3. I personally haven't had a normal training regarding my job responsibilities - management just showed the buttons to be pushed, so they wanted to get the "monkey job" done, without any conscious approach. So, you do not really get a lot of knowledge there. 4. Everything is done just for statistics, not really taking into account the business needs such as importance of the customer or order. 5. Management asks to do more and more during the time, even if you do not have it in your job contract. They are willing to have maximum of job done by the cheapest ones so they can again fire someone and show how efficient they are. Then they will get a bonus for the good job done. 6. Management shows their power with frightening, pushing and putting you into stress. You are always guilty. They think it works and people, who feel guilty, will not think about salary raise or will work overtime without payment. Ha-ha-ha (middle finger). 7. If you work in Riga in Latvian team, your colleagues might be nationalistic. 8. Open office with very little space per person. Loud personal discussions during the working time about children, private life and black exhausts of old Volkswagens. No one cares if you try to concentrate. 9. There were some conference rooms, which afterwards became private cabinets for some local management. 10. You cannot leave your computer logged in, if you even go for a glass of water. Someone will definitely come to it and make stupid jokes of a kindergarten level. You totally cannot trust your colleagues. 11. Local management like team leaders feel themselves as VIPs, although they are not making any solutions. For Riga, everything is coordinated from Belgium or US.
