Well, I honestly am not sure why many people have only mentioned positive reviews. Fine, lemme say my POV Age Old and Damn outdated technologies - you won't even get any training on those teach stacks but still they expect you to start working on those technologies within one or two weeks of onboarding. (Note: Even if you plan to learn them on your own, trust me you won't find any materials related to those even on google - even if you find any, it won't be useful for your work). Once you join here, you will definitely come across lot of people who praise the technologies being used here to deceive you and to make you stay here. (especially freshers will fall prey for this) Communication - if you are a person one loves an interactive workplace. This place isn't really for you. Communication between teams is at its low. People will respond you only if they know you already, else they'll simply ignore you as if you aren't even there. The only reason why many people are staying here is because of it's flexible working hours, Job security and of course for its high paying package. But if you are a person who loves to work on new Technologies, then this place isn't for you.

1. Good pay. 2. There were no layoffs or paycuts during covid recession. The company was generous. 3. Good number of leaves. Separate leaves for covid. 4. Good office location and office space. 5. Benefits are fair.

1. If you forget your family, health and work really really really hard you can expect a hike of 10+%. If you're extremely critical they might give you something more. 2. The titles of managers will be like "Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager". At least the managers that I've seen, they don't do any engineering. 3. There're non-technical managers. This is a very big problem. It has many side effects. Its very surprising that a product company has non-technical engineering managers. 4. Such manager won't even do the code setup of his/her own project. If something went wrong the best thing manager can do is blaming the dev/lead or entire team. Its pathetic that the manager can't do anything more than this. 5. Best quality output is expected. But the manager won't know how to write a best quality code. 6. Such manager won't inspire a developer in any way. He/she is just a consumer. There's nothing for a developer to learn from the manager. 7. Devs and Leads has to do the work of managing the team as well so that things go in the straight line and manager can lead a cool life. 8. Job of the manager is to update his/her manager who will update his/her manager(lot of managers :)), keep pushing the developers, blame if something goes wrong. 9. Until the job is getting done, you'll be praised and all the hard work will be extracted. Once the job is done or the manager gets someone else to cling on, all your negatives will be pointed out. This is happening because the manager doesn't code and he/she needs someone to cling on. 10. The above point results in attrition. People who were praised till yesterday are put in sudden dark light today. Naturally they resign. But the manager stays. This continues to happen for new joinees. An endless cycle continues.
