1. Good to start career as its an MNC. 2. Some managers are really good and supportive.

1. Not good to stay here for more than one year. 2. No growth technically. 3. Delayed appraisal and bonus process. 4. Some managers are not upto the mark causing to misleading team management. 5. HR department has clear mindset to not listen to employee and only say one thing in return, "Company Policies", which they keep changing 10 times and always in companies favour. 6. Tremendous work pressure and no work life balance. 7. Work culture is slogging style. 8. No benefits to employees for the extra efforts given. 9. Very very low pay scale. 10. If increment happens on time it ranges between 2 to 7% which is like giving peanut shells. 11. Partiality in work distribution between males and females.

Pros

Very good company for those who want to have their work-life balance with 5 days work policy. Work timings are flexible. I would recommend joining this if you are above SPM role.

Cons

The benefits would be more if you are able to make a good relationship with your manager which is rarely possible for employees who want to work hard and grow based on the company experience honestly. If you are getting offer for the senior profile/manager profile then it's good otherwise you may have to struggle a lot to reach up to a higher position based on the work performed. On average one employee would take at least three years to get promoted.

Excellent place to work, people oriented, good pay master, open environment and culture, stable organization does not believe in hire and fire but in cultivating skills. Maintains work life balance.

At times a feeling of stagnation may come but it gives you good learning opportunities.
