Pros
Excellent pay and exceptional benefits. Wonderful location. Good product in a growing market. Made some incredible friends. Good people to work with.
Cons
Very long product lifecycle which affected time to market. Could have upgraded some key personnel in order to improve lifecycle.

Advancement potential, pay is good, increases are good for hard workers, ability to see a lot of mistakes made and work at a high level of responsibility and empowerment
Cons
Management is very weak and too much authority to spend money. Inexperienced in growth and startup, technical talent is weak and underpaid compared to operations managers
