    Pros

    The company timings are very flexible. The company does not want you to sit and waste time instead it inspires to do quality work.

    The office is a bit congested.

    1. People are/were friendly
    2. Coffee

    1. They hired 5-8 good software engineers only to lay them off 3 months later because of money problems.
    2. Existing guys in tech team have been there for the past 3-5 years, so entire tech team is complacent and not open for change.
    3. No job security
    4. Pathetic management
    5. Compulsory 9 hr work timings

    Advice to Management

    Why hire people at all if you're going to lay off in a few months? Why couldn't you hire after checking feasibility

    if you join you will lose your peace of mind teasing job no respect for women.
    managers tease girls.waste management especially in developemnt team

    Cons

    They take employee promising that they will show heaven like environment but they fail providing atleast basic employee needs.
    They fire the employee without any intimation they act as if they are providing training for freshers but it wont happen.
    Worst place for freshers.
    Waste of time.
    Uses old technologies.
    Fraud rating.
    course concession and offers all are fake.
    no canteen facility
    won't let to interact with others.
    no scope for learning
    no freedom for employees
    development team is worst.
    manager doesnt know even basic things,he depends upon his downlines do what they say.He doesnt have common sense to think about the situation.
    Interview is very simple asks only simple questions and after joining wont help to understand the concepts.Try to come out of the company as soon as posssible bz your hard work will never be notified but your drabacks do.
    It is not best place for freshers and people who have experience below 10 years.
    suitable for people people having 10+ bz managers listen to those peoples words only.They suppress the people who are having less experience than 10 they don't even give time to understand the projects and technologies not suggested company.

    Advice to Management

    first you change the mind set o f managers.
    he will listen to the words of everybody he is not having his own opinion.

    Pros

    - Structured start-up
    -Good for people of technical roles as their team manager is very employee friendly

    Cons

    - Favoritism and politics has taken over the company, it was not like this earlier
    - Utter disregard for employee career even if employee performs
    - With new members hired in management after getting funding things are going downhill for employees
    - Good ppl in leadership roles who were part of employee-friendly system are leaving and greedy people joining
    - Work-life balance was there earlier, but new management expect your full time irrelevant of your not so great pay
    - CEO use abusive language (however his a good person)
    - Too much power given to newly hired people at leadership roles in short span of time, they don't give an consideration to contribution of older employees in system and assign work based on favoritism

    Advice to Management

    - In management hire people who are leaders/mentors and not back-stabbers for ppl don't involve in politics

    1. Highly unprofessional
    2. Unethical behaviour
    3. The CEO uses abusive language
    4. Insults people in front of others
    5. There are no defined work hours, you can be even called at 2am in the morning to work on something minute.
    6. No respect
    7. Last few days many leadership level guys are leaving/left
    8. By throwing money, dont treat people as slaves

    Please stop your game of mental torture & harassment.
