I have nothing bad to say about edureka

Pros

1) Best place to learn what sales is like 2) Team work 3) Incentives are good 4) Will help one learn to work despite of the stress 5) result driven work style

Cons

1) basic pay for freshers is not that great 2) incentives are good but the targets are extremely high to get that 3) 2 weekoffs per week are provided but the targets are so high that no employee in sales will ever be able to take even 7 weekoffs per month 4) no govt holidays 5) too much involvement of higher management with the agents 6) employees are not treated that well in sales team 7) work hours extension is unavoidable here. *you are not paid for the extra hours 8)no cabs 9) breakfast is provided for the morning shift team 10) food is not good 11) employees and their time are not valued as much as they should be

Pros

Helpful staff and environment. Great place to learn and grow. The CEO himself is a gem and an absolute idol. And so are the other founding members and the sales head.

Cons

Personally, I fell the management was a bit poor. There's a room for improvement
