1, high working efficiency; 2, good client and client relationship; 3, proactively help me get work opportunities. I failed my first interview and Ektello worked with its client's hiring manager to provide me another interview chance with another team immediately and I passed the second one. 4, very supportive during the whole hiring process and provide feedback very quickly. 5, I always can get a response very quickly during my employment with Ektello. 6, Good client resources. I was directly hired by Ektello's client after 6 months. Actually I got the job offer much earlier but it took time for me to go through the H1b process.

Cons

I had challenges to get response from my account manager after I left Ektello ~1 year later(several emails, several sms messages, several phone calls, all got ignored). I think she is mad at me because I was quickly direct hired by Ektello's client so Ektello didn't earn much from me. But she provided supports in the end. From my personal perspective, ignoring all my emails, calls and messages is not that professional since I asked for a proof letter from Ektello on my working experience with Ektello for my green card process. Expect that, I did have a very good experience with Ektello.

Pros

Working with Monica was an absolute pleasure. She listened to my concerns and needs when finding placement and was able to help me into my ideal employment position. She went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I felt excited and confident about the entire hiring process. The onboarding experience has been easy and defined and I feel comfortable to reach out to any member of ektello with questions if they arise. I absolutely recommend Monica and the ektello team!

My recruiter, Monica Stone, is absolutely amazing. She checks in regularly to make sure things are going well. She was also a great resource and advocate throughout the hiring process. I've also spoken with Mary Stapleton on many occasions and can tell you that she genuinely cares about your experience and works to make sure you feel included and valuable. Being a contractor can sometimes feel isolating, but with ektello and team you will feel like you are truly a part of something larger. Thank you.

Pros

Very straight forward, transparent and honest recruitment. You will be made aware of the process and will be kept in the loop for all client side jobs. Excellent rapport with client side companies. Good opportunity for contract to direct hire type roles. vast options and career paths for folks in the IT field. Good HR's and account managers that will match the job according to your skills. Basically an easy and smooth hiring process. Like the appreciation events that happen every few months.

None. Not much negative to say.

Pros

I gained two contracts at a Fortunate 100 company that I would not have had without Ektello. The hiring process was very efficient. My direct contact checked in on me regularly and even hosted some great local social events for all other Contractors to meet. It's comforting to know they have my back.

Cons

Some contracts are not binding and may be cut short. But that's the reality of work as a Contractor.

Pros

Angie Hall has been helpful in the hiring process from the very start of the on-boarding process. She always answers promptly and is always willing to help.

Cons

There are no cons I can think of. My experience with Angie & Ektello has been great.
