I truly don't have any downsides to share about working with ektello. I had a great experience!

Pros

ektello and I have been working together for awhile (since they were iTalent) and I have nothing but good things to say in terms of how they treat their employees and contractors. My recruiter is amazing and cares about getting me the right work and the best rates for me. As well, I was incredibly surprised that they offer PTO and paid holidays! They also have a healthcare plan now and are working on even better options there. But it's the PEOPLE, they are warm, caring and genuine. If I can continue to contract through them for all my future gigs I'd be insanely thrilled. Here's the type of people they are - I got a 'hope you fared well in the hurricane" $50 giftcard from Target just because. That's AWESOME!

Cons

None that I can really call a con. The healthcare plan offering could be a little better (more options for those who rarely go to the doctor) but as I said they are working on other offerings so they do hear you when you give feedback.

Pros

No matter who I was in contact with, everyone was always happy to help or direct me to where I could find help. They were quick to get me a position, and always kept me in the loop with my contract status. I always got paid in time, and was reminded if I forgot to fill out a day in my timesheet. I had some paid holidays and paid days off, when I accrued them. They even offer health benefits, which is great. Working with them has been amazing, and I would definitely recommend.

Nothing really negative to say.

Pros

Very helpful in getting interviews. Even after getting you placed, they follow up all the time to see if you need anything. Shows they really care. Plus one of the few staffing agencies that give benefits, like PTO and paid holidays.
