iPlace pays the full cost for the cabs, so where is the cost to the employee? If you don't want to pay for food from our cafeteria vendor, feel free to bring your own food or pick up something... More

I have been working at iPlace full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I liked training sessions which is really helpful to complete my job. I liked the idea of scoreboard, it helps to know where I am standing now and what should i do to make myself better/good.

    Cons

Please bring good vendors in our Cafeteria.

    Advice to Management

Keep your minds and hearts be opened for everyone working in this company. No one is perfect, but i believe your training and launchpad activities will make people better. I believe in you. Thank You.

I have been working at iPlace full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work Area is really good and spacious.
Good Salary and on timely basis (sometimes much earlier due to national day offs).
RnR and Wall of Fame pretty good.
Medium used for individual and company performance, salary and updates is quite good.
    The Refreshments available are good.
Growth structures and parameters based on performance of every iPlacer irrespective of tenure, role and account knowledge.
Fun-Friday themes and activities are really good but needs more active participation.
    Personalized name and role boards.
    RnR certificates feels good.

    Cons

Policies and Strategies are not wisely made and applied as they can change any point of time (Good for the management but for the employees).
Managers are sometimes found biased and showing favoritism.
Cafeteria space should be more compared to the employees working both shifts.
Too focused on growth but neglecting the areas of improvement and challenges.
Work area is unclean and laid with empty glass or wrappers.
Uniform update is needed from first to the last iPlacer.

    Advice to Management

Work on the policies and strategies which is suitable for the employees and as a team to achieve them not just lay them down in force.
Updates about client and processes should be clearly conveyed and not assumed.

    Pros

The best thing about working at Iplace is that you learn new things everyday. You are a perfect fit if you have the will to learn and accept challenges when they come in your way. The growth opportunities are quite realistic and achieving them is only possible through sheer hard work.

    Cons

At present I would say I don't find any loopholes but if a day comes, I would add the cons in this section.

    Advice to Management

Keep strategies realistic, if a person is doing good don't pressurize them till a time will come where he or she will burst and reach a point of leaving the company.

iPlace provides a very good platform to start a career. It also provides growth opportunities.Friendly environment allows us to keep ourselves more active.

    Cons

There is no work load as such but strategies are not up to the mark which builds certain amount of pressure.

Management is good but needs to be more active and handy. Employees should be taken into consideration in decision making when it comes to client handling.
