    iProcess Online Response

    COO

iProcess appreciates feedback to improve the overall employee experience, but when someone who is terminated for cause and wants to inflict damage by posting untrue (and legally actionable defamatory statements), it is totally unacceptable.

Not a good place to work

    Pros

There is plenty of overtime available

    Cons

Under staffed for the volume of work promised to clients. Out sources some work overseas and lies to clients about it, expects in-house employees to take the blame for the mistakes of the outsourced labor so as not to let clients know about them.

    Great Company!

    Pros

Leadership respects each employee as an individual. You are given opportunities to work on challenging projects with great teammates and get the feeling that you are part of an organization that really cares about "the team".

    Cons

The end of the year gets a little hectic like most businesses, however senior leadership knows and understands the stress employees can be under at this time - they always go above and beyond to provide support at any cost.

    Pros

Varied client mix, never a dull moment Lots of opportunities to bounce ideas off of colleagues to improve processes Office is in great spot for those commuting along 95

    Cons

Hard to manage client/management expectation. Monthly tasks vary wildly from client to client so often re-learning processes every four weeks. Some find personality of COO challenging

Loads of potential but lots of hurdles due to under skilled workforce

    Pros

Laid back dress code Decent hours Free parking in a great location in Baltimore

    Cons

Not everyone knows what they are doing, and owner just does it for them. Period ends are a nightmare only because they take shortcuts in prior periods then expect things to reconcile at next period end. Taking a day off is frowned upon.

    DO NOT WORK HERE!

    Jul 17, 2015 -

    Pros

Good location--great places for lunch! Free parking. Lots and lots of OT-not an option! Very casual work enviroment-the "Controller" comes to work in workout clothes!

    Cons

There is absolutely NO work-life balance. You are expected to put in 50-60 hours with no complaints. They do not train you-you are trained by other employees. Just hope you don't learn any of their mistakes. They love to have staff meetings and promise the staff the world and nothing ever happens. They will call you out in front of everyone at meetings and berate you. Everyone was promised the chance to move up-never happens. Benefit are horrible. They say they include a free membership to MAC but it's not technically free. None of the recruiters in the Baltimore area will deal with them because of their high turn over and horrible treatment of employees.
