Local Indian clients who use third class and abusive language with employees still leadership team is OK with that because client give them money.

This is fraud company. They will ask for a bank cheque with the sum amount of your three salaries and will represent it like a security guarantee. After one year they will give you very less increment and if you don't accept the increment then they will not return your bank cheque. They will deposit that cheque in bank and take your all money. Let me tell you this is illegal. They also filed cases in court against you. Many employees also complaint in labour courts. Join this company only if you want to go in HELL.

Nothing is good i guess. There is no value of your hard work. There is no manager to manage proper work.

- Extra working hours. sometime you need to work on weekend without extra salary or bonus. - During lockdown they provide full work all the time but they have cut the salary and not given hike.

The company has always treated me fairly and made me feel valuable. I truly feel like a part of the iTechnotion family. I have had opportunities to grow in both my position and income. I'm glad to be part of this company.

Change doesn't happen quickly which in some cases is good and some cases not so much. iTechnotion is careful about change, ensuring that the best decisions are made for the Company and employees. You just have to be patient.

Like management recognise you tellent and awarded you. 2) You can improve you skill with works in very less time. 3) Employs are very tellented and skilled so you never stuck with any problem, Teammates will always help you 4) If you want to boast you carrier with knowledge then you should join here.
