    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at inVentiv Health Clinical full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Management in the RTS department is approachable, open-minded and responsive. Almost all positions are remote (work at home) and there are resources to help you stay connected to co-workers. Great opportunities to work with other departments in the larger corporation. Processes and technology are improving. Pay is decent.

    Cons

As with most large corporations, adopting newer technologies and improved processes is slow; change is not quick or easy. The RTS department is small and often forgotten by the larger corporation which means that global process changes often do not take RTS into consideration. Benefits are average to disappointing, depending on your needs.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at inVentiv Health Clinical for more than a year

    Pros

Work at home and it is a good stopgap job while looking elsewhere for something that has longer term prospects

    Cons

No career path, too much focus on useless training that doesn't help in the actual job. Also, management has favorite employees not necessarily based on talent or merit.

    Pros

Flexibility, Work from Home, Not micro-managed

    Cons

Lies to employees, over-promises deliverables and cannot deliver, very little training available but expected to delivery high quality without the necessary training provided, does not value loyalty or sense of accountability or responsibility but has all types documents that say they do.
