Pros

If you like working door to door or working in shopping centres waiting for someone to talk to you, go nuts.

Cons

This job is a MLM/devilcorp scam. Stay far far far away the £400 "weekly pay" is NOT true nor is the career progression. You need to be working from 7am till 7pm at night to even make it. The job you will then get after then is a pyramid scheme where the money you make is based on how many people you recruit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that Launch180’s performance-based environment can differ significantly from more traditional roles, particularly for individuals who may not have prior experience in sales. The role involves face-to-face customer acquisition, and expectations around working hours, earnings structure, and progression are outlined during the interview process to help candidates make an informed decision. We recognise that this type of opportunity may not suit everyone’s preferences or expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. We continue to focus on improving clarity and communication so individuals can determine whether the role aligns with their personal and professional goals.

Pros

The de-centralised work structure makes working for Launch180 less stressful, as you don't have to constantly worry about work politics and hierarchies. This also makes it easier to ask for help/advice from people who hold more senior roles. Overall, the non-toxic work environment is the biggest pro of this role.

Cons

They don't really specifically explain that you'd solely be doing on field sales during the interview, which can be misleading for people who expect the role to be more research/office-based. As it's also sales, there's also a lot of pressure to meet the targets that they set you, not helped that how much you earn depends on how much sales you secured. If you're someone who would prefer to meet their own targets/goals at their own pace and wants a secure salary for peace of mind, I would not recommend this job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found the working environment supportive and collaborative. We recognise the importance of clearly communicating the nature of the role, particularly the focus on field-based sales, and we continue to improve how this is outlined during the interview process. As a performance-based environment, the role can involve targets and expectations that may not suit everyone, especially those seeking a more traditional or office-based position. We appreciate your input and will continue to focus on ensuring candidates have a clear understanding of the role so they can make informed decisions.

Pros

I actually enjoyed my time here more than I expected to. The people in the office were cool and the atmosphere was always energetic which made it easier to stay motivated. One thing I’ll say is you definitely improve your communication skills because you’re constantly speaking to people and working around a team. I came in quite shy and left way more confident than before. There’s also a lot of support from the people higher up if you actually want to learn and improve. I consistently made more than my basic salary I left mainly because I decided I wanted to move into something more related to my degree long term, but I can’t lie, the experience did help me a lot personally. The skills they taught me acted as a stepping stone

Cons

The role isn’t for everyone and I think some people go in expecting a normal office job when it’s more fast paced and performance based. Some days can be tiring and you have to stay mentally switched on. I also think culture can be cut throat for the wrong person.
