1. If you work hard then nobody can throw you out of the company. So no issue with job security . 2. Salary is more than any other private construction company. 3. Good career growth. 4. As l&t is a very reputed company so one can get job very easilyin any other construction company.

1. Very high working hours. 2. Social life will reach to bare minimum level. 3. Working sites may be at remote locations. 4. No societal recognition.

Pros

L&T stands for learning and training. Continuous learning and commitment can make wonders at LnT, example being A M Naik and almost all the BOD who climbed up the ranks from scratch. The only professionally managed company where utmost freedom and opportunities are given to prove your potential.

Cons

Salary structure being very different from industry is the main con. Harsh life at site level almost 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. Difficult to manage work life balance.

Pros

It was a good experience doing my intern in L&t. I must be lucky to get my intern there since L&T is a multi-national company. Helping me to acquire a vast knowledge in the field of construction. The team was so nice and kind that they even appointed me an engineer to teach and guide me.

Cons

Though it's a MNC firm it is not easy to get an internship. I found it really hard to get myself on board. They bestow only for students who get recommended.

Pros

1) As a design engineer. Working with L&T Is good. I feel that I am capable of using all the design criteria i have learn during my college. 2) Seniors listen to the valid points regarding any advice related to construction work. 3) Innovation or value engineering is always welcomed by higher officials. 4) Salary date is 28th of any month & L&T is very strict about paying its employees salary on 28thin whatever situation may be.

1) Salary is less. 2)Work load is higher.

Pros

It was my dream to work with L&T when i was studying in collage. L&T is having good brand name. It gives more freedom to work. Here we have more job security.

Cons

Heavy working hours of 12-14 hours.. No time to spend with family, no time to take rest, not time to study more to grow in career. There is not good working environment in project sites.

Job security I believe that there is no other company which offers job security more than L&T (at least the construction wing). I have seen team which have been idle for years without any operating job. This is the only positive thing i found in L&T besides subsidized food and diwali gift.

1. Can Work Independently, management Support Initiatives. 2.Good Medical Insurance Policy 3. Benefits are good and non Taxable. 4. SNS has a vision to transform L&T to new high with new technologies.

1. Less salary in hand 2. No work life balance 3. Not Women friendly. Intimately if regions are not given for posting, then the last option is to resign. 4. No day care facility.
