All co workers are cooperative with positive attitude. Working environment is excellent and you can earn great experience.

Tight schedule, long working hours, no time for family and less salary.

1. You get food, accommodation and allowances for various other things along with a guesthouse where you can stay during your working period. And that is the ONLY pro.

1. Working hours are stupidly ridiculous. (Who expects to be paid 45k for working 12-16 hours per day) 2. No established system and poor system of work. 3. No compliance when it comes to Safety Standards. Just functions by a word-of-mouth among people. 4. Poor Work-Life Balance. 5. Too much to learn and the time is just too less. 6. THIS COMPANY MANUFACTURES EMPLOYEES INSTEAD OF CREATING THEM. Get the difference? 7. No proper travel timings. (One can commute only when a car is available and most of the times, it's in the control of a freaking site engineer so you have to wait unnecessarily. 8. I wish no one ever joins this company. Waste of potential and your time as well. :)

1) Salary on 28th of month. If 28th is Sunday/Saturday, salary will come on 27/26/25. 2) Young colleagues are often friendly.

1) Poor Working condition at sites. 2) No work life balance, may expect 11-12 working hours, sometimes on Sunday as well. 3) No work division, there is no difference between an engineer and a supervisor at site. 4) No soft skill development, infact professional communication skills & English may deteriorate due to prolonged labour supervisory. 5)Some seniors might be rude and abusive. 6) Leave approval is very tough. 7) Very less role of HR in employee welfare.
