Job security..Higher management policies..salary on time and a brand name which is valued by those who has never worked here.. every thing is a jugad in this MNC..

15 hours of job.. tough project sites. Rough work environment. No HR policies. Higher Management may be good but how will they reach at site level?? Admin and HR are not empowered/ punished for right reasons. Operations teams work like slaves. No recreation no social life no personal life. No leaves no replacement for leaving employee one fellow does work of three..yes you may get facilities like HRA ..LTA but that too comes with follow up.. they say in orientation that "you will have everything but time". Now understand the latent consequences on your whole life before joining. Once doing these non engineering so called managerial ( managing labour material people politics subcontractor time and repeatedly attacking double works ).

learning in diversify field like -EIP, taxation, admin, IR,safety,quality and contract interaction, client follow up, stores management . Its a world class company . it means management also good. depending up on projects. nothing is hard to work. love to work with team and team work. Most enjoyable part of the job - u get your salary on time.

Cons

Working times are more, and effects personal life. Appraisal totally depends on bell curve. Hardest part of the job is even if u r working for more than 12hrs a day then to you are not appreciated,upon that you are not appreciated for your efforts

1. On time salary (28th of every month) 2. Salary is much better compared to other companies. 3. The company will provide you every facilities.

1. You have to forget that other than professional life, u also have a personal life. 2. There is no fixed time for working, you have to available 24 hrs for company to work, generally the working time period is about 12 hrs. 3. There is no sunday at site, you have to work 7 days a week.
