Poorly coordinated business planning and implementation. Working in silos. Company was bought out by an American group, restructuring was very poorly handled. Staff are no longer appreciated or properly utilised.

If anyone values having a good balance between their work and personal/family life, then this company is definitely the place to be. Everyone in the company is very supportive of your personal well-being and development. I can't imagine working anywhere else knowing what I know now regarding having a good work-life balance.
