Pros
-Collegues are good and have nice behaviour well because we all know what we are going through. -CEO and COO directly connected to you -Transport -Food (Not so good) -Good for locals -Tries to adapt new technology time to time -Always growing and learning -Amazing seniors (quite few though) -Best in the city (Talking about Allahabad)
Cons
- You are expected to work after work hours and even on weekends, well because they ask what have you done during weekends. - Food is provided but the hygiene is as worst as a prison, the utensils are all dirty and the toilet is much kore cleaner than the kitchen. - As about the transport, it's kinda good only if they have less employees opting for it or else it will be like Animals stuffed inside shipping container. - Now about the management, they call themselves transparent but they'll change their policies numerous times within a year and they won't even inform you. - The offer letter that they'll give you means really nothing, as they'll change it when they like. - About project planning, they expect the developers to create the document, deliver the project and then test in on the same time! You might think, most of the company does that but the thing is, here in uCertify you won't get seperate time period for documentation and testing. -If you are in content team be ready for those dictators who are gonna make your life hell with a way too tight schedule. And trust me they'll give numerous bugs in your grammar while they are quite dumb in that thing. -if you are a team leader/manager be ready to manage the teams work as well as yours because the COO and CEO think that managing team is a piece of cake. Maybe that's why they are such huge number of employees (get the sarcasm please ). -If you need a leave, make sure they have some backup for you, which actually they'll never have! -If you're a girl, be ready to smile back to some guys older than your dad. Coz they own your future and they are good at flirting. - The salary is no where near the work we do, and the money they make! - They say, "We are building worlds' best learning company, Wow our customers with our work". They ain't wrong the customers are really happy. But the employees. Well some of them are really happy! but most, I think i have said enough! - And it's an MNC, with squeaking doors, damaged floor, leaking roof (not to forget the insects which fall from roof on every Monsoon), damaged ACs in summer, cold heaters in winters. Water purifier with degraded filters!
