Salary on time, WFH, Company is growing.
Cons
Work-life balance: All days are working, all Saturdays are working, Almost Alternate Sundays working too, No Public holidays are off. Officially on paper, work timings are 9 am - 6pm , however, you are expected to stretch from 6 am - 3 am too. Officially, on paper, weekends (Sat/Sun) and Public holidays are supposed to be off but the managers don't care about those, they invade into your personal lives. Life will be hell. Only join the company if you have no family to take care off.
