Pros
Beat company I ever worked for, CEO engaged with everyone personally, growth was encouraged, everyone was an actual team helping each other.
Cons
Acquired by a large company and quickly became a joke. C-levels at new company were terrible, CRO had a chip in his shoulder, people no longer wanted to help others, was every man for himself. No thought to actually fixing anything, everything was a "do it now" patch/bandaid job over bandaid over bandaid. My job became siloed to two tasks I made too much money for them so was never going to get a raise.
