I have two offers in my hand: 1st is nearby from my home (Everest Fleet) 2nd is far away from my home (Pidilite) (Travelling allowance is not given) 1st one is offering me 3.4 LPA package 2nd one is offering me 3.6 LPA package What should I choose ??Please Suggest me In the terms of 1.Travelling 2.Experience 3.Knowledge in company 4.Company reputation

Hello Guys I am in notice period without any offer still 60 days left. My current organisation asked me to resign due to the project going to close. They have only one client so they can't put me in another project. I have 7 years of experience in Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Kafka. May I now when 45 days left will I get more interview calls. My Current CTC - 23 LPA. Please provide your valuable POV.

Current CTC :18 fixed. Yoe : 4 years 3 months. Have got an offer from Verizon for 24LPA,fixed, in hr phase for Walmart ( senior data engineer) and Microsoft ( data engineer 2). Can anyone tell how to negotiate? What salary should I ask? Tech stack: python,spark, airflow,Hadoop,Azure tech stack,sql,dsa etc... Honest answers please ..
