AGS Health Medical Coder Monthly Pay

Hi all, TCS onboarding problem. There was a data mismatch (1months experience to be included). Onboarding team told to do data fix with HR and revise offer letter by adding one month. But when I called HR today she said that it is not possible to revise an offer letter now and can't onboard me since she is not sure to that she get approval to revise the offer letter because grade will change for 1.5 -2 yrs of exp. Also salary will change for grade. So she said that it is difficult to onboard.

09 years of Experience, I am drawing 12 Lakhs per Annum at my current organization. What should i do ? How can i ask for a raise ? I feel like they are not giving enough compensation to existing employees. It is very frustrating to see new talent with way lesser work experience get hired at 20 lakhs p.a for the same position. Especially when they dont have any domain experience about the product domain and only have Software testing experience. Irony is I train them on the products.

I have an offer of 13 LPA fixed from EY India for Bangalore location as an assistant manager in Markets(In HR band 4). Current CTC is 8LPA. Still giving interviews for other companies to get a good salary as per market standard for a 7 years experience. My question is how much maximum I should expect from EY, If I show any counter offer to EY? As per above designation, is it technical work? Just wanted to know the average monthly in-hand with fixed salary , is this somewhat true? 19lpa - 1.4L 18lpa - 1.3L 16lpa - 1.05-1.10L 14lpa - 90k 12lpa - 80k 10lpa - 70k
