ATYETI Construction Inspector Salaries

Hey guys, I need some investment suggestions. I've got 20L savings to be invested and my inhand salary per month is 1.85L. What would be the best way to invest for short term (max 2 years) unless it's a residential/commercial property?

I have attended Bristol Myers Squibb interview senior software engineer position in Hyderabad virtually 1) Coding Test 2) Technical Discussion Now they arranged interview with BMS leader ship is this a Behavioral round ? Overall how many rounds of interview will it take for releasing offer ? Can we expect experience X 4 salary in BMS. Please guide how to negotiate on benefits. There is no reference of their salary structure online

Feeling so under confident to even show the counter offer and negotiate salary , have been reading posts that companies are revoking offer letter on the joining date due to negotiations
