Amadeus Senior Business Analyst Salaries

Hello everyone. 10years experience, skillset python, AWS, DevOps. CCTC 23.5LPA. I got two offers, amadeus offering 34LPA fixed + 2.9LPA variable pay. TCS is offering 30LPA fixed + 2L retention bonus. Which company is good to join.. please suggest..also any idea if VP is paid fully by amadeus and also I accepted TCS offer, if I don't join, will they blacklist me?? Guys please suggest

Yoe: 4 Offered CTC : 22 Lpa Role: SDE-2 for c++ payments domain Future goal: Work as SDE and later switch to product owner or business analyst. Is the work repetitive or intresting? Is it a stable comp to join and switch to product owner and settle for life. As I prefer not to switch companies again for the next 4-5 years due to various family reasons.
