Hi Amazonian, what's the average salary for L4 FAs and BIE ? I should have asked this question earlier but anyways I have already joined as L4 and am getting 14 LPA fixed + 6 Lakh bonus (2 years) with 4 YEO. I am not sure if this is good or bad Amazon Amazon India

Hello Fishes, need advise .I'm working in Amazon chat process since 4 years.I want 2 resign due to less salary and continuous 6 months night shift .I am stucked here with 3.4 L package.After notice period, I wish to take a month's break in which have planned to go for a solo trip for 15 days and rest 15 days I'll apply for jobs.Next company might be looking for immediate joiner which won't be posibl due 2 my break so I thought will resign widout offer in hand.Plz advise.also can I expect min 5L next 😔

YOE: 4 Current: Amazon Designation: Application Engineer III Salary: 19 Fix + 3 Joining Bonus(Will be 0 from next year) + 2 L Stock for this Financial Year New Offer Company: XYZ ( Didn't mention name intentionally) Designation: SSDE Salary : 27 Fix + 1 Joining Bonus + A written clause to provide a better hike in 12 months Previously ratained once at Amazon but management fooled me & didn't give no hike & promo. Now calling back to office.
