Hey fishes, YOE : 3 year + Masters in CS Tech stack: Big Data Engineering and ecosystem. I'm currently working in Autodesk with 19.80LPA + 16k USD RSU 3 year vested, since Aug 2022. Recently Got an offer from Nielsen [mostly Remote] with 28LPA fixed and 30K USD RSU 2 year Vested. I'm considering to switch because there no learning opportunity in my team and switching team is not possible. Is it a good decision? I have already switched from other company to Autodesk in January 2022.
